Spa and Salon Guidelines

Before you arrive

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. We want to dedicate the full appointment time to pampering you! We understand things happen, if you are running behind - we do allow a 10 minute grace period.

Parking is located in front of our spa. We are located in hogum bay business park. You will find us on the right side of the road. Look for the building with a yellow wall with numbers 8286. We are in suite C right next to the Edward Jones office.

You should have received a confirmation text from us shortly after booking. Attached to that will be a consent form for your service. Please make sure to fill that out before arriving so we know exactly how to suite your needs!

When you arrive

You will receive an automated text message from us, 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Reply “h” for “here”, and we will text you when we are ready for you. If you do not receive the automated text, please call 360.951.3147 or just walk on in and check in with our guest experience team!

Extra guests and children

Please refrain from bring any other guests with you to your appointment, unless you are bringing a child younger than 16 who is booked for an appointment. It is important for us to dedicate our time with you, to only you. Safety is a top priority for us, please make prior arrangements for your little ones.

Cancellation and no show policy

We require the following notice in regards to cancelling any appointments:

24 hour cancelation policy for services 1.5 hours or less

48 hour cancelation policy for services 2 hours or longer

72 hour cancelation policy for microblading + microshading

Late cancels and no call no show appointments will be charged at the discretion of our spa. All deposits are non refundable and can not be used toward a different service type. Charges for late cancels and no shows are not valid to use on a rescheduled appointment.
