This role requires a strong focus on guest connection while creating brow, lash, skin and hair transformations with excellence at the forefront. As a collective, our leadership development and guest experience teams are here to support you both personally and professionally.

    We are a commission based spa and salon. With growth as one of our core values, we offer level based tier pricing that allows you to be in control of your own pay raises!

    Tasks include but are not limited to: providing safe services, retail sales and upselling, cleanliness and sanitation, guest connection and retention building and more!

  • Leadership Development

    Join us in the development of leaders who can inspire change, drive performance, and create exceptional experiences in the beauty industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that foster growth, retention, and organizational success with a strong blend of passion for mentoring and empowering others.

    Tasks include but are not limited to: managing guest complaints, attending to team member concerns, hiring, professional development, performance metrics, marketing, social media and more!
